Changelog for CloseAll v5.5 (May 4, 2023):
- CloseAll is multilingual now and ready for translations
- New languages: Russian + English template file
- Added View -> Language menu and language selection
- Added Help -> Check For Updates menu command
- Renamed 'System' theme to 'Classic', 'Custom Frame' to 'Frame Theme'
- Some other minor improvements and bug fixes
